Nadi Home Services is assisting a client in hiring a Finance & Accounting Officer to manage financial transactions, reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Assist with audits and implement financial best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
