Employers using Nadi Home Services must be legitimate businesses or organizations legally authorized to operate in their respective jurisdictions. You must be at least 18 years old to create an employer account.

2. Accurate Job Listings:

All job postings must provide accurate, clear, and detailed information regarding the job title, description, qualifications, compensation, location, and any other relevant details. Misleading or incomplete job listings are not permitted.

3. Non-Discrimination:

Nadi Home Services is committed to fostering an inclusive environment. Employers must comply with all applicable anti-discrimination laws and regulations. Job postings that discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status are strictly prohibited.

4. Professional Conduct:

Employers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful tone in all communications with job seekers. Harassment, abuse, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Use of Personal Information:

Employers must use job seekers’ personal information solely for recruitment purposes and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sharing, selling, or misusing personal data in any manner is strictly prohibited.

6. Payment of Wages:

Employers are responsible for paying all wages, salaries, and other compensation in accordance with local, state, and national laws. Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in account suspension or termination or spammed account. 

7. Compliance with Labor Laws:

All job postings and employment practices must comply with local, state, and national labor laws, including but not limited to minimum wage, working hours, overtime, and health and safety regulations.

8. Prohibited Content:

Employers may not post any content that is offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, illegal, or violates the rights of any individual or entity. This includes, but is not limited to, discriminatory language, false job opportunities, and pyramid schemes.

9. Fees and Payments:

Employers may be subject to fees for certain services or features on Nadi Home Services platform. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Employers agree to pay all fees promptly as per the payment terms.

10. Feedback and Reviews:

Employers are encouraged to provide honest feedback about their experiences with job seekers. However, feedback must be fair, accurate, and not intended to harm or defame any individual.

11. Account Security:

Employers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access is prohibited. Report any security breaches to Nadi Home Services immediately with report@nadiservices.com

12. Termination of Account:

Nadi Home Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate any employer account that violates this policy or engages in conduct detrimental to the platform, its users, or its reputation.

13. Policy Modifications:

Nadi Home Services may update this policy periodically. Employers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

14. Reporting Violations:

If an employer becomes aware of any policy violations, they are encouraged to report them to Nadi Home Services immediately to maintain a safe and fair platform for all users.
