Mathematical Teacher

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and patient Math Teacher to introduce young learners to basic numeracy skills in a fun and interactive way. The ideal candidate should make math exciting through games, puzzles, and everyday activities while ensuring each child develops confidence in problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach counting, number recognition, and basic problem-solving through hands-on activities, songs, and games.
• Use creative methods such as blocks, beads, and puzzles to introduce mathematical concepts.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration in problem-solving activities.
• Identify children’s strengths and weaknesses in numeracy and provide individualized support.
• Work with parents to promote math-related activities at home.
• Create a safe, friendly, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field.
• Familiarity with the CBC curriculum and early math teaching strategies.
• Passion for teaching math in a fun and engaging way.
• Patience and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to integrate play-based learning into teaching.
