Job Description

NIMA College is seeking energetic and persuasive Field Sales Agents to join their team on a short-term campaign running until September. The role involves promoting the college’s programs, engaging potential students in meaningful conversations, and driving enrollments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field marketing and one-on-one student engagement
  • Hold conversations with potential students and parents about NIMA College programs
  • Distribute flyers, brochures, and marketing material
  • Collect leads and contact information of interested students
  • Report daily activities and conversations to the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Outgoing and confident personality
  • Prior experience in sales, promotions, or outreach is an added advantage
  • Must be available to work daily until September
  • Minimum academic qualification: KCSE certificate
