Nadi Home Services is assisting a client in hiring casual construction labourers to support site operations. The role involves performing manual tasks, assisting skilled workers, and ensuring a clean and safe job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload construction materials and tools.
• Dig trenches, mix, and pour concrete as instructed.
• Assist in setting up scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Carry and transport materials across the site.
• Maintain site cleanliness and dispose of debris properly.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and guidelines.
• Perform other general labour tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials.
• Willing to work in different weather conditions.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
