Nadi Home Services is assisting a client in hiring a passionate and results-driven Real Estate Salesperson to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek and engage potential buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Promote and market properties through online listings, social media, and in-person viewings.
- Arrange and conduct property showings for clients.
- Negotiate offers and close property sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide clients with guidance on pricing, market trends, and property investment options.
- Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and prospective buyers.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property laws, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the local property market and real estate industry trends.
- Must be presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to network and build a strong client base.
- A valid real estate license (if required by law) is a plus.
