    Requirements:
  • Proven experience in career coaching, HR, training, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, job search strategies, and professional branding.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentorship skills.
  • Ability to develop tailored career strategies for diverse clients.
  • Certification in coaching, career counseling, or HR is an added advantage.
