Job Description

Nadiservices.com is assisting a client who owns a salon and boutique to hire a Digital Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who’s hands-on with campaigns and passionate about growing brands in the beauty and fashion space. The successful candidate will oversee all digital marketing efforts to grow the brand, attract customers, and drive both online and in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business goals to boost visibility, bookings, and sales for both the salon and boutique.

Team Oversight (if applicable)
Manage junior marketers, freelancers, or content creators as needed. Ensure consistency in branding and quality across all channels.

Content & Campaign Management
Oversee the creation of engaging content (photos, videos, posts, reels) and run well-targeted campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google.

E-commerce & Website Management
Manage or oversee updates on the business’s online store and service pages, ensuring optimized user experience, product descriptions, and SEO

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track performance of campaigns, measure ROI, and create reports that inform future strategies.

Email Marketing & CRM
Build and manage email campaigns to promote offers, services, and new arrivals. Segment customers for personalized promotions.

Influencer Collaborations

Identify and collaborate with beauty or fashion influencers to create buzz and boost brand exposure.

Brand Consistency & Innovation

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels. Stay ahead of trends in the beauty and fashion industries to ensure the business stays fresh and competitive.

Requirements:

Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in the beauty, wellness, or retail fashion industry is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in social media advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Familiar with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
