Job Description

Nadi Home Services is assisting a client in hiring a Computer Systems Analyst to evaluate, design, and optimize computer systems that meet business needs. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical expertise and analytical thinking, capable of bridging the gap between IT and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Analysis & Improvement

  • Analyze current computer systems, software, and processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Recommend and implement system upgrades, new tools, or process improvements.
  • Assess the feasibility of IT solutions in terms of technical requirements and business impact.

2. Design & Implementation

  • Work with developers and IT teams to design functional system solutions.
  • Develop system specifications, workflows, and diagrams for new and updated systems.
  • Oversee system testing, validation, and integration.

3. Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate with management, end-users, and vendors to gather system requirements.
  • Train staff on newly implemented systems and offer post-implementation support.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical users.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and updates.
  • Create reports and presentations on system performance, issues, and solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies that could improve business efficiency.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of databases, networks, and system architecture.
  • Proficient in data modeling, system mapping, and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

    Work Schedule & Expectations:

  • Monday to Friday, full-time.
  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Expected to stay informed about new system technologies and best practices.
