Nadi Home Services is assisting a client in hiring a Customer Service Representative for an electronics retail company. We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional who is up-to-date with the latest technology trends. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for helping customers find the right electronic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance & Sales Support
- Assist customers with questions about electronic products, features, and pricing.
- Recommend the latest gadgets, accessories, and smart devices based on customer needs.
- Explain specifications, product comparisons, and new technology trends.
- Process orders, payments, product exchanges, and returns efficiently.
2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide basic troubleshooting for smartphones, laptops, TVs, and other consumer electronics.
- Guide customers in setting up new devices, connecting to WiFi, and software installations.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, smart home devices, and AI-driven products.
3. Handling Inquiries & Complaints
- Address customer concerns professionally and patiently.
- Resolve issues related to product defects, warranties, and after-sales support.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
4. Inventory & Store Management
- Keep track of stock levels and new product arrivals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store display.
- Assist in restocking and updating product labels when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, electronics sales, or a tech-related field is an advantage.
- Must have knowledge of the latest smartphones, laptops, gaming consoles, and smart home devices.
- Passion for technology and ability to explain tech products in simple terms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and online product catalogs.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends, product launches, and innovations.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and eager to learn about new technologies.
Work Schedule & Expectations:
- Monday to Saturday, with flexible shifts.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Expected to keep up with emerging tech trends and new product releases.
