Job Description

Nadi Home Services is assisting a client in hiring a Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business success. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies to attract more guests.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Supervise housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage services.
  • Develop and enforce hotel policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
