Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to attract more guests.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Supervise housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage services.
- Develop and enforce hotel policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
