Field Sales Representative (Door-to-Door & Office Sales)

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Field Sales Representatives to promote and sell our cleaning services (including sofa cleaning, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning) through direct marketing, door-to-door visits, and office-to-office sales. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated go-getter with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales (residential) and office-to-office marketing (commercial) to generate leads and close deals for Neptune Smart World’s cleaning services.
• Present, demonstrate, and explain service benefits to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.
• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, business cards).
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system (if provided).
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or direct marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient in facing rejection.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning services (training will be provided).
• Must be comfortable with extensive walking, outdoor work, and approaching potential clients.
• Honest, presentable, and professional in conduct.
• Owns a smartphone for communication and reporting (if applicable).

Working Conditions

• Flexible hours (may include weekends or evenings based on client availability).
