This policy applies to all workers registered on the Nadi Home Services platform and all employers seeking to hire workers through our services.

1. Purpose of Shortlisting

The purpose of shortlisting workers is to provide employers with a curated list of candidates who meet their specific job requirements, skills, experience, and qualifications. This process aims to save time for employers while maximizing the chances of finding the best fit for their open positions.

2. Shortlisting Criteria

Nadi Home Services will use the following criteria to shortlist workers:

Job Requirements: Workers will be shortlisted based on the specific requirements provided by the employer, including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and availability.
 Profile Completeness: Only workers with complete profiles, including updated resumes, skills, certifications, and relevant experience, will be considered for shortlisting.
Past Performance: Workers’ past performance, including previous employer ratings, feedback, and work history, will be reviewed to assess reliability, professionalism, and suitability for the role.
Availability: Workers must be available for the job duration and meet any other availability requirements specified by the employer.
Alignment with Company Values: Nadi Home Services will ensure that shortlisted workers align with the employer’s values, culture, and any additional criteria specified during the job posting process.

3. Shortlisting Process

Initial Screening: Nadi Home Services will conduct an initial screening of all registered workers to identify those who match the job requirements outlined by the employer.
