1. User Agreement 

These terms govern your use of Nadi Home Services’ platform, including the website and applications. 
By accessing or using the platform, you confirm acceptance of these terms. 
2. Services Offered 

HR and Hiring Services: 
Includes hiring assistance, HR management, and house help management services. 
Employers can post job opportunities, and job seekers can apply directly through the platform among other services. 
Services are provided under the specific terms of a service contract, which outlines rights, responsibilities, and deliverables for both parties. 
CV Writing Services: 
Professional CV writing services are available and bound by these terms and the CV Writing Policy. 
Services will be delivered online via the platform. 
Coaching Services: 
Career coaching, interview preparation, and similar services are performed by professional coaches contracted by Nadi Home Services. 
The platform facilitates these services but does not deliver them directly. 
3. Liabilities 

Platform Role: 
Nadi Home Services acts as a facilitator, connecting employers with workers and providing HR support. 
The company is not liable for outcomes of employment, service quality, or disputes between users. 
Verification: 
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information and compliance with local labor laws. 
Indemnity: 
Users agree to indemnify Nadi Home Services against losses, claims, or damages arising from platform use or user interactions. 
4. Personal Information 

User data is securely managed per the Privacy Policy. 
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and must report unauthorized activity immediately. 
5. Payments 

Payments for services are processed via third-party systems. 
Refunds, where applicable, are discretionary based on the service contract terms. 
6. Termination 

Accounts can be suspended or terminated for violations, fraudulent activities, or inappropriate behavior. 
7. User Conduct 

Users must act respectfully and lawfully when using the platform. Prohibited activities include:  
Harassment, impersonation, fraud, spamming, and posting harmful content. 
Misrepresentation or violating the rights of others. 
8. Intellectual Property 

All platform content and materials are owned by Nadi Home Services or its licensors and may not be used without prior consent. 
9. CV Writing Policy 

CV writing services are provided exclusively through the platform and are bound by these terms. 
CVs will be tailored based on user-provided information. Users must ensure all information shared is accurate and up-to-date. 
Nadi Home Services is not liable for inaccuracies in CVs resulting from false or incomplete user submissions. 
The company retains the right to refuse or terminate services for submissions that violate these terms. 
10. Disclaimers & Liability 

Services are provided “as is,” with no guarantees of specific outcomes. 
Nadi Home Services is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from user interactions or third-party services. 
Employers and employees are responsible for resolving disputes and fulfilling contractual obligations. 
11. Arbitration 

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Kenyan law. 
Class action lawsuits are prohibited. 
12. General Provisions 

These terms do not establish an employer-employee relationship unless explicitly stated in a service contract. 
Terms may be updated without prior notice.
